Customers can either use their smart phone at your location by scanning the QR Code from a tabletop tent card, a handout you provide with your bill or at checkout.

The System is just what it’s name implies a reputation managing system, that can catch that bad review and give you a chance to correct it before it is posted for the world to see on the internet. As well as a way to get good reviews posted to the internet and customers to like your Facebook business page more often. By capturing this feedback you can respond differently to a  rating of 0 to 2 stars and send a different email to a rating of 3 to 5 stars.

Manual Response - Your customers feedback is captured and stored in a database. You choose the time to send out your email response by logging into the system viewing the feedback then deciding to send the appropriate response email out.

Automatic Response - Once a customer uses the system to leave you positive feedback a predefined email is sent to them immediately.
