You will need to login periodically to check messages and send response emails, you can also choose when to send out your email response by logging into the system, viewing the feedback messages, then deciding to send the appropriate response email out. There is a one time setup fee of $45.00 and a monthly fee of $14.95 Per Month

Automatic Response – Once a customer uses the system to leave you positive feedback a predefined email is sent to them immediately. If they leave a negative feedback a different email letter is sent to them, giving you a chance to rectify the problem before they may post additional negative feedback. There is a one time setup fee of $45.00 and a monthly fee of $24.95 Per Month

- The system is hosted on our server
- You will be give login information to be able to check your messages at your leasure
- You can edit and customize the emails that are sent to the individuals for both positive and negative feedback that is left.
- You can decide if they can post only once or no limit to the number of post that they can post
